  • Equipment
  • File
  • Hack Saw
  • Engineers blue
  • Ruler
  • Square
  • Compass
  • Odd leg caliper
  • Hammer
  • Hole punch
  • Buffer
  • Soft jaws
  • Drill

The steps

  1. Get a strip of aluminum
  2. Mark the metal for where you want to cut
  3. Saw the strip of aluminum to around 45mm
  4. After that put engineering blue for where you want to file down to
  5. Then file to 45mm or as close as possible
  6. Then we scratched the metal where we were going to drill
  7. After that, we used a compass in the middle then rotated it to show where we were going to file
  8. Then we file
  9. Next, we buffer the metal so it looks shiny
  10. Now stamp letters and stuff onto your piece
  11. Then you're done
