I would vote yes because I personally don't think cannabis should be illegal since it's not as harmful as alcohol and it being illegal makes it easier for kids to obtain it since if it was legal less illegal dealers would be around and be as accessible to people under the age.
Pros: More tax for funding, creates more jobs and less illegal growers so its harder for younger people to get their hands on cannabis.
Cons: Drug use can cause you to do bad things, create drug addicts and can damage mental health
