In this blog post, I am writing about what it means to be a leader, I also made a video on it.
To be a leader you have to have charisma and be able to talk to people that you are leading, you have to be trustful and prove that you are able to lead others, you have to show commitment to leader others no matter how difficult it might be. You need to be smart and think our the box to become a successful leader.
