Sugar and Salt Science
Finding the difference of things that look almost the same is a little challenging but not impossible today I can tell you a few different to distinguish salt from sugar and without tasting them, first salt is more crystallised and a lot more whiter.
First under a microscope salt is clear and clear, sugar is bigger and not clear because it has little sugar around the grain.
Sugar takes three whole tablespoon to hit its saturation point, Salt is the exact same as sugar.

ReplyDeleteI am very impressed by how you found out the difference between salt and sugar other people at science tried to find out the difference but their microscope and it had a blur. Maybe next time you could make the picture fit or do 2 different photos.
